A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, featuring a medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering.

Last summer, my friends and I created what we called the 'jam girl board' for a sunny Sunday brunch. Everyone loved the way the vibrant jams paired with creamy cheeses and fresh breads, and now it is requested for every group get-together.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry jam: 1/2 cup, for classic berry sweetness
  • Apricot preserves: 1/2 cup, for tangy balance
  • Blueberry jam: 1/2 cup, for deep fruity notes
  • Honey: 1/4 cup, for natural sweetness

  • Brie cheese: 120 g (4 oz), sliced for creamy texture
