Instructions

Deglaze:
Deglaze pan with beef broth, scraping up any browned bits.& Stir in Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
Combine:
Reduce heat to low.& Return beef (and its juices) to the skillet.& Stir in Dijon mustard and sour cream until combined and the sauce is creamy.& Do not boil.
Simmer:
Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until heated through.& Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Serve stroganoff over hot, cooked egg noodles.& Garnish with chopped parsley.
