Recipe Guide

What type of chicken is best for the pinwheels?

Cooked, shredded chicken breast works best for a tender, lean filling. Rotisserie chicken is a convenient option.

Can these pinwheels be made spicy or mild?

Yes, adjust the buffalo wing sauce quantity or add cayenne pepper for extra heat to suit your taste.

How do I prevent wonton wrappers from drying out before baking?

Keep wrappers covered with a damp cloth while assembling to maintain moisture and prevent cracking.

Is it possible to use an air fryer for cooking?

Absolutely! Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway for even crispiness.

What dipping sauces pair well with these pinwheels?

Ranch or blue cheese dressings complement the spicy, creamy filling perfectly when served alongside.
