# Method:
01 - In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt until the blend is smooth and cohesive.
02 - Arrange ice cubes evenly in two tall glasses for optimal chill.
03 - Pour cold brew coffee equally between the prepared glasses.
04 - Add half of the tahini blend to each glass and stir thoroughly until fully combined.
05 - Pour plant-based milk over each glass and gently stir for a creamy, uniform consistency.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness as preferred; serve immediately while cold.
