# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil the pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry using a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Transfer pasta to a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, chili flakes if desired, sea salt, black pepper, and either grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast.
04 - Spread the seasoned pasta evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
05 - Bake for 18–22 minutes, turning the pasta halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
