01 - 4 slices crusty sourdough or country bread

02 - 5.3 oz feta cheese, block or crumbled
→ Vegetables
03 - 8.8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
→ Seasonings & Oil
04 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
05 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
→ Fresh Herbs
07 - Small handful fresh basil leaves, torn or sliced
# Method:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Arrange 4 slices of crusty bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
03 - In a mixing bowl, toss halved cherry tomatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
04 - Distribute the seasoned cherry tomatoes evenly over the bread slices, then crumble or slice feta cheese atop the tomatoes.
05 - Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each assembled toast.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until the bread is golden and the feta is softened with light browning.
07 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve warm.
