Instructions

Prep Muffin Tin:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin papers.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then stir in cooled sweet tea.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine Batter:
Gradually add dry ingredients into wet, mixing just until combined. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
Bake:
Fill mini muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake 16 to 18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool Muffins:
Let cool in pan 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Insert Sticks:
Once cool, insert a lollipop or popsicle stick into base of each muffin.
Decorate:
Dip tops in melted chocolate, sprinkle with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Let set until chocolate is firm.
