# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and whole milk until well combined and slightly frothy.
03 - Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, ranch seasoning mix, and green onions if using. Season with salt and pepper, accounting for the saltiness of bacon and ranch mix.
04 - Divide egg mixture evenly among 12 muffin cups, filling each approximately three-quarters full.
05 - Bake for 18-22 minutes until puffed, set in center, and lightly golden on top.
06 - Cool for 2-3 minutes, then run a knife around edges to release from tin. Serve while warm.
