# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together both flours, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - Add Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
04 - Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
05 - Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into an 8-inch rope, then connect the ends to form a bagel shape and pinch to seal.
