# Method:

01 - Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk gently until just combined; lumps are acceptable.
04 - Transfer batter into a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or a zip-top bag with a small corner cut off.
05 - Warm a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
06 - Pipe small dollops of batter, approximately nickel-sized, onto the skillet, spacing them slightly apart.
07 - Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface and edges are set.
08 - Turn the pancake bites and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until golden brown and cooked through.
09 - Place cooked pieces on a plate and repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with your preferred milk, syrup, honey, or fresh berries.
