13 - 1 cup water

15 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves

→ Peach Syrup

16 - 1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)
17 - 1/2 cup water
18 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

# Method:

01 - In a large pitcher, blend lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves. Pour in cold water and mix thoroughly. Chill the mixture until ready for service.
02 - For each fruit syrup, place the chopped fruit, granulated sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then decrease to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Gently mash the fruit to extract additional juices, then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar, discarding solids. Allow syrup to cool completely.
03 - In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Simmer while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add fresh mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a jar and let cool.
04 - Arrange the chilled lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Transfer each prepared syrup into labeled bottles or jars. Place garnishes such as lemon slices and mint sprigs alongside an ice bucket and glasses for convenient self-service.
05 - Fill a glass with lemonade and ice cubes. Add 1–2 tablespoons of chosen syrup and stir. Garnish as desired with lemon slices or mint.

03 -
  • Store syrups in small jars, so you can swap flavors in and out as needed.
