# Method:
- In a large bowl, mix green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables, toss to coat, then refrigerate until needed.
- Arrange three shallow bowls: one with flour; one with beaten eggs; one with panko breadcrumbs combined with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat fish fillets dry and cut into strips approximately 1 by 3 inches.
- Dredge each strip in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the seasoned panko mixture.
- Heat ½ inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry fish strips in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place several crispy fish strips on each tortilla. Top with slaw, avocado slices, and a drizzle of creamy sauce if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
